Firstly thank you for answering my question, yes i have edited the srt and sub files in Notepad and i have used VLC Media Player before, that is the reason why i want to use media player classic instead - if i cannot get srt subtitles to work or take snapshots, then ill have to go back to using vlc media player. I know that older versions of PowerDVD can do this. Some programs that can play videos have an option to take a screenshot. Other people have problems too and want help and they don't ask us to answer them as soon as possible. Asking us to answer your questions as soon as possible is not only a bit rude, it may actually make people not want to help you. Nobody gets paid to answer your questions. ![]() Can you open the SRT subtitles in an editor and see them? If they are not readable, the problem is that your computer does not support the character set that they use.
